HydroBlu VersaFlow Water Filter

The HydroBlu VersaFlow light weight water filter is a great addition to your EDC carry for your daily life. with events happening all around our country plus the danger of Covid-19 now in the USA, systems are getting taxed and over whelmed and it is best to be prepared and adding this filter only seems product. Have this filter in the Car, Truck or Boat as part of your daily travels is a must as well as on the weekends. Make sure you take it on your weekend trips either for business or pleasure. We travel with two filters for myself and my wife and I have an extra for a guest if need be. During my travels for work I have been in many places in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas as well as California where I would not have survived without water filter. Some agriculture areas have an inherent smell in the water table and it transfers into your drinking water. Most town either filter it themselves, people have water filters as part of the home filtration system but some rural areas i.e. Greenville, MS for example apparently does not as was the case several years back when I traveled their for a trade show and found first hand how much the water had a horrific smell and had an unpleasant taste. Locals told me is was safe according to EPA and the State Government and had the minimal levels to make it safe. I have to say they did not give me that warm & fuzzy feeling about how over all how safe their drinking water was. I spent many Summers in North Texas and we lived off Well Water and that too at times had a different taste and it appeared to co-inside with pesticide spraying and neighbors farming their lands and what ever chemicals they were adding to their crops. It all leached into your ground water which leaches into your drinking water and that is why is a good idea to always travel now days with a water filter. When I lived in Southern California, everyone had water softeners which sometimes caused a funny taste so people also added filters on top of softeners. I wish I had this HydroBlu Versa Flow when I lived in Cali as it would have made my life so much better and saved me thousands in bottle water fee's.

The Versa Flow was designed to be as versatile as you. It easily adapts to your lifestyle and can be screwed onto a plastic water bottle, used inline with your hydration pack, used as a gravity system or bucket filter, or can be used as a straw so you can drink directly from the water source.

The Versa Flow water filter is one of the lightest and most convenient personal water filters on the market. Weighing in at only 2 ounces, it is larger in diameter than the Sawyer Min and thus might be the reason why the flow rates seem to be 10 times better and does not clog up like the Sawyer Mini or the Sawyer Squeeze that people have been talking about lately. While Sawyer denies that their filter can clog, people have been posting everywhere their issues with the Sawyer Mini & Sawyer Squeeze. The larger diameter offers more fibers and better flow in theory and while I do not claim to be a scientist, I can only go by my own test and those posted o YouTube showing their own personal experiences. The over all construction of the hollow fiber tubes also explain why the VersaFlow may also be better than that of it's competitors

The Versa Flow has many tiny tubes called hollow fiber. Hollow fiber works through size exclusion. Meaning the hollow fiber tubes have thousands of tiny holes (0.1 microns) that block 99.9999% of harmful bacteria, Giardia, E. coli, protozoan cysts, Cryptosporidium and more. All of these organisms are too large to fit through the 0.1 micron holes. The Versa Flow also uses Medical grade Hollow fibers while other filters cannot make that claim. Some manufacturers filter the water through the core of the hollow fiber tubes, but this restricts water flow because only so much water can fit through the core opening. Versa Flow filters water through the outside of the tubes by bending the hollow fiber. This dramatically increases the surface area and flow rate of the filter while protecting the filter integrity itself. If the core of the tubes become clogged from sediment on the competitors filter you can no use the filter and it becomes clogged no matter what they say or tell you!

HydroBlu - Versa Flow is also the first company in the US to add a add-on Carbon Attachment which is an new technology only found thru HydroBlu - Versa Flow that combines an all new filter filled with an active carbon to add an extra layer of filtration to the existing Versa Flow Filter line. By adding this one element you will remove unhealthy organic compounds such as chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, gasoline, and diesel. Other filters on the market do not offer this technology and cannot filter chemicals, herbicides and fuels.

The Activated Carbon module is made up of mixture of activated carbon and ion-exchange microbeads. Activated carbon adsorbs chemicals and heavy metals, and improves the taste and color of the contaminated water. The ion-exchange microbeads are an organic polymer substrate. These beads are porous, providing a large surface area for removing pollution, poisonous, and heavy metal iron from the water. The ion-exchange replaces these negative ions with innocuous ions, such as sodium and potassium.

This addition will improve the taste and color clarity and allow you to feel even better about drinking good, clean water for your Camping,Hiking, trips and Emergency Situation and give you amazing water each & every time.

The Versa Flow allows you to be able to backflush the filter, clearing out all of the particulate and increasing the lifespan of the filter. If you consistently backflush the filter you can use it almost indefinitely. This means no additional filters, cartridges, pumps, iodine drops, or batteries to ever buy again. The Versa Flow water filter states it does not remove chemicals or viruses from water. Generally viruses are not found in North America or in municipal water supplies around the world.
